The project group brings together eleven partners from five nations, communicating in four different languages. The management of the overall project is conducted by Berchtesgaden National Park (Lead Partner).
The multilingual environment and the large number of project partners set high demands on the project coordination. With its many years of experience in translation and mediation, the Alpine Network of Protected Areas provides indispensable support for the success of the project and the sustainable setting of its results.
The implementation of the project goals is organized into nine technical and two management work packages. Each project partner contributes to each work package.
For each work package, one person from the project partners' group is responsible for planning the details and coordinating the necessary work for the overall direction of the project. Most work packages run simultaneously and their results constantly influence the progress of the other work packages.
Within the project, a large number of external experts are involved in the elaboration of results at the local level (project partners), regional level (landscape unit) and transnational level (alpine space) thus contributing essentially to the overall success.
